Applications and contact

Questions about applying and hearing back

Applying to an Entrustech job puts your information into review for that specific opening. A confirmation should tell you the submission was received. Personal recruiter contact depends on alignment with the role and current search activity; an application alone does not guarantee an interview or individual feedback.

  • How do I apply for a specific Entrustech job?

Open the active job page and use its application form. That connects your résumé and consent to the correct requisition. A general profile submission is not a substitute for a job-specific application.

  • Can I apply for several jobs?

Yes, when each opening reasonably fits your experience and goals. Applying indiscriminately can make your target unclear, so focus on roles you could discuss credibly with a recruiter.

  • Why have I not heard from a recruiter?

The role may have many applicants, the employer may have paused the search, or your background may not match the current priorities closely enough. You should receive a submission confirmation, but not every application leads to personal outreach.

  • Can I check my application status?

Use the status method provided in your confirmation or recruiter communication. If a role is closed, the job page should stop accepting applications and display a closed-position notice.

Fees, privacy and consent

Questions about your resume and personal information

Entrustech does not charge candidates for job search or placement consideration. Candidate information should be collected for a defined recruiting purpose, protected from public access and handled according to the Candidate Privacy Notice. You should know when you are applying to one role versus joining a broader candidate network

  • Does Entrustech charge candidates a fee?

No. Entrustech does not charge candidates to search for jobs, apply, submit a profile or be considered for placement.

  • What should I avoid putting in my resume submission?

Do not include Social Security numbers, banking details, passport copies, full birth dates or other unnecessary sensitive information. A résumé and ordinary contact details are enough for initial review

  • Will my resume be sent to employers automatically?

Entrustech should confirm a relevant opportunity and obtain appropriate authorization before presenting your résumé to a client. The production workflow should record that consent.

  • How can I update or delete my candidate information?

Follow the request process in the Candidate Privacy Notice. Access, correction, deletion and retention may be subject to applicable law and legitimate operational requirements.

  • Will submitting a profile subscribe me to marketing?

No. Optional job alerts or marketing consent should be separate and never pre-checked. You can submit a candidate profile without opting into promotional messages.

Employment models

Questions about contract and direct-hire work

The employment relationship changes by hiring model. Direct-hire candidates typically join the client employer. Contract candidates may be employed and paid by Entrustech or another disclosed staffing/payroll entity while working with the client. Contract-to-hire begins as a contract assignment and may convert later, but conversion is not guaranteed.

Contract

The employer of record should be disclosed before acceptance, along with pay schedule, applicable benefits, time reporting and assignment terms.

Contract-to-hire

No. Conversion can depend on performance, budget, business need, headcount approval and the agreement between the parties.

Direct hire

The client employer generally extends the offer and becomes the employer. Entrustech may help coordinate communication and clarify known terms.

Safety and access

Questions about scams and accommodations

Recruitment fraud often relies on urgency and imitation. Stop when someone asks for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking credentials or a paid equipment purchase. Candidates who need an accommodation should have a direct request path, and the request should be handled separately from qualification review.

  • How can I recognize a recruitment scam?

Warning signs include payment demands, messaging-only interviews, instant offers without meaningful discussion, lookalike email domains, requests for banking credentials and pressure to buy equipment from a named vendor.

  • How do I verify that a recruiter represents Entrustech?

Check the complete email domain and verify unexpected outreach through the official Entrustech website or published phone number. Do not rely only on links or contact details inside the suspicious message.

  • How do I request an accommodation?

Use the accommodation contact path shown with the application or contact Entrustech directly. Explain the access need; you do not need to disclose unrelated medical details

  • Does Entrustech support equal employment opportunity?

Entrustech should maintain and publish an Equal Employment Opportunity statement and provide an accommodation-request path. Final production language should be reviewed for applicable federal, state and local requirements.

Common questions

What else should job seekers know?

These answers set practical expectations before you apply, submit a profile or speak with a recruiter. If the detail affects your decision and is not covered, ask. A useful recruiting process can handle a direct question.

  • Does Entrustech charge candidates a fee?

No. Entrustech does not charge candidates to search for jobs, apply, submit a profile or be considered for placement.

  • Is submitting a profile the same as applying to a job?

No. A job application is tied to one active opening. A profile submission allows consideration for relevant future searches under the stated consent terms.

  • Will every applicant hear from a recruiter?

Applicants should receive a submission confirmation, but personal recruiter contact depends on alignment with the role and current search activity.

  • Will Entrustech send my resume without asking me?

Entrustech should confirm the relevant opportunity and obtain appropriate authorization before presenting your résumé to a client

  • Is contract-to-hire conversion guaranteed?

No. Conversion depends on factors such as performance, business need, budget, headcount approval and the agreed terms.

  • How do I verify unexpected recruiting outreach?

Check the full sender domain and verify the contact through Entrustech's official website or published phone number before sharing sensitive information.
