Entrustech Recruiting is a service of Entrustech Inc. (“Entrustech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a staffing and recruiting agency based in East Brunswick, New Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit entrustechrecruiting.com (the “Site”), contact us, request talent, or submit your profile or resume.
If you are a job seeker, please also read our Candidate Privacy Notice, which explains in more detail how we handle resumes and application information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on our Site:
- Employers and business contacts (Request Talent, staffing inquiry and contact forms): your name, company, work email, phone number, the type of staffing support you are considering, the job title or skills you need, location and work arrangement, target start date, and any details you include in your message.
- Job seekers (Submit Your Profile and resume forms): your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL, target role or skill area, preferred location, workplace and employment preferences, your resume or CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX), any notes you add, and your consent choices, including whether you want optional job alerts.
- General inquiries (Contact form): your name, email, phone number, the topic of your inquiry, and your message.
- Job search (Search Jobs form): the keywords, location, workplace type and employment type you enter.
- Communications: if you email or call us, the content of your message and your contact details.
Please do not send us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information, or date of birth through the Site. We do not ask for this information on our website forms.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our web server and hosting provider automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver and secure the Site. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, as described in Section 2.
2. Cookies and third-party services on the Site
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We use a small number of cookies and third-party services:
- Web analytics (Google Analytics 4): we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics is loaded through the Google tag (gtag.js), which is added to the Site by Google’s Site Kit plugin for WordPress. We do not use a separate Google Tag Manager container.
- What Google Analytics collects: the pages you view and how long you stay; your approximate location (such as country, region and city), which Google derives from your IP address; your device type, operating system, browser, screen size and language; the website, search engine or link that referred you to the Site; and interactions such as scrolling, clicking links to other websites, downloading files, watching embedded videos, searching the Site, and starting or submitting a form. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or resume to Google Analytics.
- IP addresses: according to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google uses your IP address only to estimate your general location.
- Google Analytics cookies: Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies on the Site:
_ga, used to distinguish visitors, and _ga_84N8TQ4441, used to keep track of your current session. By Google’s default, both expire after 2 years. Your browser may delete them sooner (for example, Chrome limits these cookies to 400 days and Safari to 7 days if you do not return to the Site).
- Google’s role: Google processes analytics information on our behalf to provide the Google Analytics service. Google’s handling of this information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and in “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- How long analytics data is kept: Google Analytics keeps user-level and event-level data for up to 14 months, the longest retention period available in standard Google Analytics 4 properties, and then deletes it automatically. Aggregated reports that do not identify individual visitors may be kept longer.
- No advertising use of analytics: we do not use Google Analytics for advertising. We have not linked it to Google Ads, and we do not use Google signals, Google Analytics advertising features, or user-provided data collection.
- Your analytics choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking or deleting Google Analytics cookies does not affect how the Site works.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, the Site does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals from your browser. Google Analytics still runs when your browser sends these signals. To stop it, use the opt-out add-on described above.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels (for example, we do not use Meta Pixel or advertising remarketing tags on the Site), and we do not use analytics data for targeted advertising.
- Hosting and content delivery: our hosting provider’s content delivery network may set a technical cookie (for example,
hcdn) needed to deliver pages quickly and securely.
- Google Fonts: the Site loads fonts from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google to retrieve them. See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Embedded and linked content: some pages link to or play videos hosted on YouTube, and our footer links to our profiles on Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and the Better Business Bureau. If you click these, the other site’s own privacy policy and cookies apply.
- Website administration cookies: WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the Site. Visitors are not asked to log in.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. If we add other analytics, advertising or tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
6. How we protect information

No website, internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
