These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of entrustechrecruiting.com (the “Site”), operated by Entrustech Inc. (“Entrustech,” “we,” “us”). Entrustech Recruiting is a service of Entrustech Inc. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about our staffing and recruiting services and lets employers request talent and job seekers submit their profiles. Content on the Site, including hiring guides, salary and market information, career advice and case studies, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or employment advice, and it may not reflect current conditions in every market.
Submitting a profile or resume does not create an employment relationship with Entrustech or any client, and does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement. Submitting a talent request does not guarantee that we will present a candidate or fill a role. Any staffing engagement with an employer is governed by a separate written agreement.
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that it does not violate anyone’s rights. Do not submit information about other people without their permission. Our Privacy Policy and Candidate Privacy Notice explain how we handle personal information.
You agree not to:
– use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
– upload files containing viruses or other harmful code;
– attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or other users’ information;
– scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except for search engine indexing; or
– interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by Entrustech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. “Entrustech” and our logo are our trademarks.
The Site links to third-party websites, including social media sites and the Better Business Bureau. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrustech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state courts serving East Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey, or in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
